This package is for that bride that has done all the planning and now wants to turn the detail over to enjoy her special day. One Month Prior to the Wedding: 

Services include, but are not limited to:

• A dedicated wedding coordinator is available via phone and email during your planning.

• Two coordination meetings with the bride and groom to assure a complete understanding of your vision.

• Scheduled venue walk-through.

• Confirmations of vendor-contracted service details to include arrival times, deliveries, setup, pickup, and/or return of contracted items.

• Meet with the reception venue coordinator, caterer, and designer to discuss the wedding day itinerary.

• Development of a detailed timeline itinerary to accompany the floor plan already developed by the designer of the wedding and reception.

• Supervision of wedding rehearsal coordination and walk-through.

• Advice for wedding day etiquette and protocol

• Detailed wedding day timeline created and distributed to vendors, bridal party, and family.

 

Day of the Wedding:

• Wedding day onsite coordination and supervision of the ceremony and reception.

• Address any issues that may arise throughout the day.

• Supervise vendor setup at ceremony and reception location.

• Setup of personal ceremony and reception items.

• Attend to the requests of the bride, groom. 

• Coordination and timing of the ceremony, ushers, attendants, bride, and groom.

• Coordination of presentation of the wedding party and bride and groom

• Manage timeline and execution of ceremony and reception events.

• Organization and distribution of personal wedding flowers

• Pack up gifts and personal items.

• Transporting of wedding gown and preparation of refreshments for bride and groom upon arrival at the reception.

• Coordination of presentation of the bride and groom

• Coordination of entertainment and all announcements of events (first dance, dance with family, champagne toast, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter removal, and toss, etc.)

• Supervision of bride and groom’s exit

 

 

After the Wedding:

 

• Supervised rental removal and pickup.

• Answer any questions of Mr. and Mrs. upon return from honeymoon.
