This package is designed to give you the confidence in knowing that your entire wedding needs have been taken care of which is why we call it “Heaven on Earth! We know you are busy and that planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming. Therefore, this package was created to remove the anxiety giving you total peace of mind, thus “Heaven on Earth”. You can be confident and relaxed knowing that you have our complete attention for your entire wedding day from set-up to take-down and for everything in between with no time constraints.

 

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning and Design package includes assistance with hiring vendors, negotiating contracts, and addressing every detail that arises when planning your wedding. We work to help you develop your overall design theme, and wedding day logistics creating a unique and memorable event. We know that every bride has a dream and our goal is to turn that dream into a reality.

 

Signature and Personalized Services from Angelic Designs are custom-tailored to each bride’s individual needs. We are excited to meet with you and further discuss our unique services!

 

Before the Wedding:

  • Assistance in choosing and securing ceremony and reception venue(s).

  • Unlimited phone calls, text messages, meetings, and emails.

  • Trusted vendor recommendations are personalized to your needs, taste, and budget.

  • Attend vendor meetings with the bride as needed.

  • Assistance with event design, theme, and décor development.

  • Customize your budget maintaining your goal with the tracking of deposits, payments, and final balances.

  • Advice on wedding tradition, etiquette, and protocol

  • Assist with invitations, floral design, stationery, favors, table design, etc.

  • Coordination of stamping, addressing, and mailing of save-the-dates and wedding invitations.

  • Supervision and reviewing of all contracts and negotiations to assure the best price.

 

  • Confirmation and communication with vendors throughout contract agreements

  • Schedule a meeting with the couple prior to the wedding month to discuss the wedding planning progress and design

  • In-person meeting within two weeks of the wedding to finalize details

  • Customized task list

  • Organization of transportation needs and hotel accommodations for the wedding party and out-of-town guests.

  • Coordination, production, and delivery of out-of-town guests’ gift baskets.

  • Scheduling of all wedding day transportation.

  • Scheduling of hair and make-up for the wedding day.

  • Assistance with floor plan and seating chart.

  • Planning of ceremony and reception schedules, pew seating, processional and recessional.

  • Guidance on wedding day etiquette

  • Assistance in honeymoon planning

  • Determine availability and negotiate discount rates for hotel room blocks.

  • Coordination of ceremony and reception setup and cleanup

  • Coordinate and direct wedding rehearsal

  • Day of Wedding Director

  • Development of a detailed wedding day schedule and the timeline for the bridal party, family, and wedding vendors.

  • Develop reception floor plan and seating chart

  • Pickup of all personal items for the wedding day and delivery to ceremony and/or reception venue.

 

Day of the Wedding:

  • Setup of ceremony and reception venue.

  • Address any issues that may arise throughout the day.

  • Attend to the requests of the bride, groom, bridal party, and parents of the bride and groom prior to and during the ceremony.

  • Coordination and timing of the ceremony, ushers, attendants, bride, and groom.

  • Coordination of ceremony timing of ushers, wedding party, bride and groom

  • Assistance with the photographer and ordering of pictures after the ceremony and during the reception.

  • Manage timeline and execution of reception events.

  • Setup of personal ceremony and reception items.

  • Supervise all vendor delivery setup and take down

  • Assist the bride and wedding party in the dressing room prior to the ceremony.

 

  • Troubleshoot situations which include our gift of the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”

  • Distribution of all personal wedding flowers

  • Transportation of personal items from ceremony to reception.

  • Coordination of refreshments for bride and groom upon arrival at reception.

  • Preparation of Bridal gown for the reception.

  • Coordination of presentation of the wedding party and Mr. and Mrs.

  • Coordination of entertainment and all announcements during the reception (first dance, dance with family, champagne toast, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Supervised specially requested photographs and videography during the reception.

  • Distribution of gratuities to necessary vendors.

  • Distribution of favor to guest

  • Coordination and supervision of bride and groom’s exit from ceremony and reception.

 

After the Wedding:

  • Supervised rental removal and pickup.

  • Pickup and return of personal items to family members at the end of the evening.

  • Answer any questions of Mr. and Mrs. upon return from honeymoon.
