This package is a lighter fare than the full-service package. Because we understand the excitement of engagements, that many brides take that initial step into the planning process. If you have chosen your ceremony location, and reception venue and decided on a few vendors but now see that you need an Angel to come to save you, the Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination Package is for you.

After your initial consultation and evaluating your information, we will begin working on your behalf to find the perfect vendors for your unique style without exceeding your budget.

 

Before the Wedding:

• Unlimited phone calls, text messages, and emails.

• Vendor recommendations are personalized to your needs and budget.

• Attend vendor meetings with the bride (limited).

• Assistance with wedding design, theme, and décor concept progress.

• Advice on wedding tradition, etiquette, and protocol

• Schedule a meeting with the couple prior to the wedding month to discuss the wedding planning progress and design

• In-person meeting within two weeks of the wedding to finalize details

• Communication with vendors for ceremony and reception.

• Coordination of ceremony and reception schedules, pew seating, processional and recessional.

• Provide guidance on wedding day etiquette

• Coordinate and direct wedding rehearsal

• Planning and implementation of the wedding rehearsal.

 

Day of the Wedding:

• Supervised ceremony and reception venue.

• Distribution of all personal wedding flowers.

• Address any issues that may arise throughout the day.

• Complete wedding coordination.

• Attend to the requests of the bride, groom prior to and during the ceremony.

• Coordination and timing of the ceremony, ushers, attendants, bride, and groom.

• Manage timeline and execution of reception events.

• Supervise all vendor delivery setup and take down

• Distribution of all personal wedding flowers

• Supervised bride and groom’s exit.

 

After the Wedding

• Answer any questions of Mr. and Mrs. upon return from honeymoon.
